Clients may cancel services by notifying us at least 3 days in advance via Email or Phone. Cancellations with sufficient notice will receive a full refund (if eligible). Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the credit of user account.
If a service has been partially delivered, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on service usage.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, network outages, strikes, or government actions.
